Manain, a company specialising in the rental, sale and repair of lifting and construction machinery and generators, located in Amposta (Tarragona), is looking for a sales administrator to join our team.
After more than fifteen years in the sector, our objective continues to be to offer our clients an excellent service, in order to contribute to the improvement of their processes.

Job functions:
- Management of rental contracts.
- Sending machine documentation to clients.
- Transport contracting and delivery note management.
- Assignment of machines and transports.
- Reception of reservations.
- Reception of rental requests from the 3 delegations.
- Control of rental documentation.
- Billing.
- Management of cash and card payments.
- Bond management.
Requirements:
- Training in administrative management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Appreciated:

- Knowledge of the sector.

Schedule:
Shift 1: Mon. to Thurs. from 8 am to 1pm & from 2pm to 5 pm. / Fri. from 8 am to 2pm
Shift 2: Mon. to Thurs. from 9 am to 2pm & from 3.30pm to 6 pm. / Fri. until 5.30pm
