Tailored reconditioning of aerial platforms and forklifts
At Manain, we offer a top quality finish in the restoration of aerial work platforms thanks to the combination of two elements: dedicated facilities and a highly experienced team.
This process complies with all safety measures using modern and sustainable techniques. During the process, the equipment is sandblasted, sanded, rehabilitated and painted. We take care of all the details to offer the highest quality.
Restoration of pre-owned machinery with a premium finish
We have a sheet metal and paint team specialised in all stages of the machinery restoration process. Applying the newest and most innovative techniques to offer a finish similar to that of a machine just out of the factory.
Technical review and operation testing
Checking by mechanics to verify its operation. If the client wishes, parts such as the joystick, wheels or seats are replaced to achieve a higher quality finish.
Rust removal
Shot blasting to clean the surface of rust and paint residue, leaving the sheet metal bare. Rehabilitation if there is a blow or damage to the sheet metal.
Sanding and polishing
Using putty to remove imperfections and sanding to remove excess material.
Priming
Application of painting techniques to ensure the quality of the finish.

Second coat of paint to ensure a uniform finish.
