This Saturday, the team from Manain from Amposta, La Canonja, and Esparraguera came together for a teambuilding day. We put aside the joystick of the platforms to grab the steering wheel of the karts.

Divided into teams of 7 people, with no prior experience, we managed to set our best time in a first contact with the track. We learned to step out of our comfort zone and manage all the movements. Although some went off the track, they were able to come back and continue the race.

In the final race, disputed by teams with random times, the winner was the one who completed the most laps in 1:10h. We learned that in teamwork, both the individual role and the strength we all provide together to reach the finish line are equally important.

We ended the morning full of emotion and excitement, combined with a desire to leave aside the daily work routine, to get to know each other better both professionally and personally.

The truth is, the day didn’t end here. We continued enjoying the day with a meal, an afternoon of drinks, and spectacular weather. And, indirectly, in our conversations, we started pulling out the funniest moments of our daily work life. So, we can’t be doing that badly!

In short, more than 12 hours together that turned out to be much more than expected. We accomplished the goal, and we are already thinking about the next one.
